SIOBHAN MULREADY
is a writer and director with an astonishing skill for creating emotive and engaging work. Her short films Heathen and the Learner won best director and best film awards at festivals both locally and overseas, screening in Oscar accredited competitions such as Hollyshorts and Flickerfest (among countless others). As a commercial director, Siobhan has helmed national and international campaigns that have been recognised at Cannes, the Telly awards and at home, and has direct-ed projects out of Japan, New Zealand, Europe and all over the country.
A background in theatre has instilled a keen interest in performance and text. In 2019 her drama TV series XProgrammed was a finalist in the Stan and Screen QLD Rising Development Initiative. She has a slate of long form drama projects in development that span film, television and web series, and is represented commercially and internationally by Taxi Film.
